So I was told by various people that I should write a cook book aimed at school chefs, knowing that I hadn't got a clue where to start I was told to start a blog. So here it is, not aimed at chefs or contract caterers or even mums specifically but anyone who wants to have amazing restaurant standard food on a budget. Its not always about what ingredients you have its what you do with them and how it looks on the plate that really makes a difference. If we all make a bit more of an effort we can all enjoy really good food.
